HR
Outsourcing
When you outsource your HR
needs to LAI, we relieve you of the many employment
administration tasks that do not add value to your
business. The result is that you save money and regain
the time to focus on doing what you do best –
running your business. In addition, LAI gives you
a resource to turn to when you have questions or challenges
impacting your business.
With LAI, you can outsource your HR function in three
ways:
1.
HRO Model–Human Resource Outsourcing. This service offering allows you to outsource
your payroll, benefits, human resource needs, compliance
issues, workers’ compensation and benefits administration
to us. We file taxes under your tax identification
numbers and employees are 100% yours for all purposes.
2. PEO Model–Professional
Employment Organization. This service offering allows
you to outsource the same HR services as listed under
ASO, but creates a co-employment agreement between
the client and LAI. This allows the client to take
advantage of some additional employee benefits, such
as 401(k)
and section
125, that LAI offers through the co-employment

3. Payroll and Benefits Model–Under
this service offering, you can elect to have LAI process
your payroll
using our 24/7 web access sytem
and administer your benefits. This allows
clients to consolidate two vital functions under one
umbrella by outsourcing to LAI.

Consulting
When you need Human Resource expertise for special projects such as HR audits, Strategic Planning, employee satisfaction assessments, benefits analysis, employee assessments, compensation plan design or other important assignments, we offer our Human Resource services on a project-by-project basis or through a retainer relationship, which gives you a fixed amount of resource for a fixed fee.
Most of the HR services listed in our Services
section can be provided through consulting arrangements.
